Do I have to be with my vehicle to get a tow?
No, it is not necessary for you to be with the vehicle to get a tow as long as you have left the keys with the car and informed us about your chosen payment method. Once you have informed our dispatchers where you are leaving the key and taken care of the payment methods, you are good to go.
